Statement of Fundamental Truths
- The Bible (both the Old and New Testaments) is inspired by God and is the revelation of God to man. The Bible is the infallible and ultimate rule of conduct.
- God is the eternally self-existent creator of heaven and earth and the redeemer of mankind. He has also revealed himself as the Trinity, one being existing in three persons Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was born of a virgin, died on a cross, was resurrected from the dead, and is now in heaven with God.
- Man was originally created without sin but with a free will. When he willfully sinned, he was subjected to both a physical and a spiritual death.
- Man's only hope for salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus and the repentance of sin. Man must separate himself from evil and dedicate himself to God.
- Water baptism by immersion is for all who repent and accept Jesus as their Savior.
- Communion should be taken as a memorial of Jesus' suffering and death and an affirmation of His coming again.
- All Christians are entitled to and should seek the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the physical sign of speaking in other tongues.
- Healing from sickness is provided through the shed blood of Jesus.
- Jesus will return from heaven to gather Christians who have died, along with those who are alive, to be with Him forever.
- There will be a final judgment of the earth by God. Then He will establish a new heaven and a new earth.
