Where does the name Fountain of Faith come from?

• Romans 10:17
  “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”
• John 4:14
  "But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”
• John 7:38, 39
  “The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, will have streams of living water flow from deep within him.”  He said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were going to receive, for the Spirit had not yet been received, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.
